Key Responsibilities: 1. Actively promote the construction of the corporate culture system, based on the company's mission, vision and values, to create a corporate culture system. 2. Improve the company's corporate culture construction, establish and optimize the company's training system and organize effective and targeted training. 3. Work closely with the company’s mainland business departments to flexibly adjust human resources strategies and plans according to the overall business changes of the company, in order to meet the needs of business development. 4. Complete established human resources tasks, including recruitment, organizational development and corporate culture. 5. Enrich and improve various incentive and human care projects for employees, enhance the internal cultural atmosphere of the organization and increase employees' sense of belonging and identification. 6. Responsible for the promotion of the company's corporate culture, organize and implement various corporate culture activities, such as employee training, team-building activities and celebration events. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. At least 5 years of experience in human resources; strong alignment with the company's corporate culture and values. 3. Project management skills and organizational planning abilities, with a strong sense of teamwork, adept at resource integration, and driving work completion. 4. Excellent communication skills, clear logic, structured and systematic thinking, empathy and a strong service-oriented mindset. 5. Outstanding ability to balance multiple tasks and roles, strong resilience to pressure, and the ability to self-regulate and motivate. 6. Regular business travel to Mainland China is required.
