Product Operations Specialist (Fiat & Earn)

Job Description: We are looking for a Full-time Product Operations team member to join our growing Operations crew. The primary responsibility of this position is to support fiat and earn product operation.  Primary Responsibilities:   Responsible for fiat and earn product management, including earn, on-ramp/off-ramp, and P2P market, etc.  Execute and manage operations of earn products (Savings / Staking / Dual Investment, etc.)  including official announcements, campaign operation and analysis, etc.  Execute and manage operations of onramp/offramp, including official announcements, campaign operation and analysis, etc.  Manage the partnership with global leading fiat gateway partners, include new features launchment,  function optimization, collaborations, and other forms of maintenance work. Support operations of P2P market operation, including recruiting merchants, following up the product optimization process, organizing operation documents, etc. Work with internal teams (e.g., product team) to align plans, priorities, and timelines to launch new products or features optimization to fit the users' needs and optimize their experience.   Use first- and third-party data sources to support the product analysis and effectively communicate insights to product and business leaders. Research key sectors and companies in the crypto industry, identify critical changes and evolving trends to provide the intelligence for operations. Requirements:   Master’s degree (or above) in Finance, Economics, Operations Management or related majors.   Basic knowledge of the financial industry, including fixed income products, spot trading, fiat, foreign exchanges, etc.   Strong MS Excel Skills, including but not limited to V-lookup, PivotTable, and data visualization.   Solid analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.   Deeply understand the drivers of business, proactively identify ways to improve performance, effectiveness, and efficiency.   Self-starter with prioritization skills.   Familiarity with cryptocurrencies
