Lead 3D Artist - Unity (Mobile Game) Senior to Lead

Company Profile: Mobil Game company (IGG) in Coquitlam, BC Job Responsibilities: Responsible for combining production and management in the field of art. Participate in 3D art production for projects, provide technical guidance and quality assurance, and assist in integrating game resources. Collaborate with the project team to handle various tasks related to 3D art, track resource utilization, and evaluate the performance of team members during the project. Communicate and collaborate with various departments, develop art-related work plans, and ensure project progress. Responsible for enhancing the technical skills of art team members, organizing daily work schedules, and monitoring quality standards. Perform other related tasks. Job Requirements: More than 5 years of artwork experience in the game industry, as the main creator, or at least participated in the development of 1+ complete 3D European and American-themed project, and more than 1 year of work experience as a lead Artist in Mobile Game. Solid painting foundation, international vision and an excellent design ability, artistic creativity, and aesthetic ability. Proficient in various 3D software and plugins, including Unity, 3ds Max, Arnold, V-Ray, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and ZBrush. Proficient in both hand-painted and PBR workflow. Understand the game industry, be able to understand the status/role of artwork in game development, understand working methods of game designing, programming in a platform art department, able to coordinate project development with various other positions. Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages. Submit Resume & Showreel/Portfolio Review and Undergo Art Test to apply.
