Job Description
A fast-expanding Blockchain/Fintech company is looking for a passionate marketing and communications manager
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Understand the concepts behind blockchain technology interested to connect to the crypto community globally. Build relationship with KOL/Channel operators and event organizers respected by professional investor community /crypto entrepreneurs.
• Packaging of key faces representing the group with focus on identifying interesting story telling points and helping each of the leader build respectable personality.
• Contribute to the creation of brand's evolving brand story. Continuously perform extensive market research and analysis to create and maintain an efficient marketing strategy in sync with the business model.
• As a member of the media and communications team, work with internal business stakeholders, marketing, events and social media colleagues to host marketing campaigns to the target audiences. Develop marketing plans that drive relationships, adoption, scale, and revenue.
• Production of mutli-media contents in conjunction with business lines in different formats to engage in the community including written, video, and podcast amongst others.
• Work with compliance and business teams on the execution of media/social media guidelines. Monitor and highlight to management on potential risk events as well as take risk mitigating actions in timely manner.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, technology, platforms, and vendors, and provide subject matter expertise, learning anything necessary to maximize the strategic use of all media.
Job Qualifications:
• Bilingual Chinese and English speaker, which includes Mandarin. Cantonese ability is appreciated but not required.
• Strong interest in, and curiosity for, blockchain, business building, fintech, financial, and social media markets.
