Job Description

岗位职责: 1.了解产品能力和主流竞品获客模式等,持续迭代用户增长策略方案,综合运用各类手段达成增长目标; 2.负责本地化内容运营策略,编辑制作推广公司及产品的文案/图文/企宣,并开展广告投放(海外新社交媒体等各类渠道); 3.了解主流获客渠道/平台和其转化逻辑,对投放获客数据进行分析,提供优化策略; 4.新客流量转化承接:结合新客旅程地图,挖掘业务增长机会点,推动建立流量触点、营销工具、营销权益,提升新客流量整体转化率; 任职要求: 1.本科及以上学历,3年及以上用户增长工作经验,有过大型成功案例,过往有金融、证券投资行业工作经验优先; 2.具备独立操盘项目经验,逻辑清晰,熟系市场营销理论与方法,对用户增长、用户分层有清晰的方法和思路,有互联网行业大型广告系统商业化产品、策略运营、用户增长等从业背景者优先; 3.前端海外投放经验,对拉新负责; 4.对数据敏感,熟练掌握数据建模及分析技能,能利用归因分析等方法挖掘存在的问题,并提出有效的解决方案; 5.具有良好的沟通、谈判能力,跨部门共建能力,富有激情、创造性和责任心。
