职责与责任:
在确保遵守当地薪资政策、程序和法律要求的条件下处理薪资、津贴及其他与薪资相关的计算;
准备工资文件、工资单、银行文件及所有相关的薪资文件;
回应客户和员工关于薪资、韩国政府强制保险、签证申请和薪资税申报的相关咨询;
处理政府强制保险申请流程,并处理每月的费用缴纳;
参与与薪资相关的项目及流程改进,以提高效率和效果;
完成公司分配的其他任务。
要求:
本科以上学历;可以用韩语做为工作语言
了解薪资和雇佣合规性,有韩国薪酬福利的相关经验;了解企业内部人力资源薪酬福利实践;
良好的沟通能力;
高度关注细节并对数字敏感;
能够同时管理多个项目;
具有人力资源信息系统和薪资系统的经验;
能够在高压下工作,能够独立解决问题。

Full-time or part-time are all welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process salary, allowances and other payroll related calculation and administer payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and legal requirements;
Prepare the payroll files, payslips, bank files and all related payroll documents;
Respond to payroll, employees’ compensation insurance, visa application, medical insurance, and employer salaries tax filing’s related inquiries from internal and resolve and respond any issues or discrepancies from customer immediately;
Handle the process of social security application and process the monthly contribution;
Handle the whole process of medical insurance including filling the application form and the whole set of required documents;
Participate in payroll-related projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Other assignments from company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree; Korean as a working language;
Understanding of payroll, and legal compliance; Knowledge of HR C&B practices; Experience in Korean payroll practice;
Good communication skills;
High level of attention to detail and sensitive about digital;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Experience with HRIS and payroll system;
Ability to work under high pressure;
