Seior API Account Manager

Job Description: Expand the API user base by forging partnerships with individual channels, brokers, or institutions. Manage existing API users, promptly address user inquiries, and resolve any issues they encounter. Collect product requirements from API users and champion these needs within BitMart's Product and Engineering teams. Collaborate closely with product teams to provide API users with updates on the product roadmap. Generate weekly reports internally and conduct essential data analysis. Offer API development support and guidance to API users during onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with the BitMart API suite across all product lines and providing best practices advice. Aid Support Engineers in diagnosing technical issues and service disruptions for assigned accounts. Escalate issues to BitMart senior management to ensure prompt resolution of service disruptions. Develop, document, and evaluate tools required to effectively promote new integrations and products to API users through APIs and software development. Coordinate go-to-market strategies for new product features to optimize the user experience. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of work experience Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, or a related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered Demonstrated experience supporting applications and business deployments in a client-facing role Hands-on experience with standard trading API protocols, including FIX, REST, and Websockets Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, networking, and cloud services Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers on product and technology Self-motivated with a desire to develop a deep understanding of Bitmart's product and technical stack Organized and analytical, able to distill complex and ambiguous requirements into clear objectives Knowledge of Python or another programming language is a plus
