Country Manager - Thailand

Responsibilities: • Manage human resources delivery functions to ensure efficient operations for our clients in Thailand • Oversee daily company operations and enforce policies • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities in Thailand • Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies • Represent the company at local and regional industry events Requirements: • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices in Thailand • Understanding of the Thai market and business culture • Fluent in Thai, Chinese and English; additional language skills are a plus • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Note: Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
