Job Description
Business Development Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staking business expansion strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and expand the company's influence in the staking market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional materials, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis, keep up with industry trends, and identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and signing.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of customer experiences and the successful delivery of staking solutions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and other events to enhance visibility and leadership in the staking market.
Requirements:
- A degree or certificate in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science, at the Bachelor's or Master's level.
- At least 7 years of experience in staking business development and sales management, with familiarity with the staking market, technology, and industry trends, and a successful track record in business expansion and sales.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, capable of establishing good working relationships with employees, clients, and partners at all levels.
- Proficiency in using common business software and tools, such as CRM software and market research tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of using data and metrics to devise and execute effective business expansion strategies.
- Solid financial and business knowledge, able to analyze and prepare financial reports and forecasts related to the staking business.
- Experience representing the company in the industry, capable of speaking on behalf of the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and other events.
- Good level of English proficiency.
