Responsibility： - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with user growth objectives - Maintains a pulse on the key narratives and trends emerging in the crypto industry and agilely translate into growth or marketing campaigns/initiatives to drive user growth - Help scale and manage our referral/affiliate program, determine the best partners, measurement, and campaigns to reach multiple business goals, especially for user acquisition Requirements： - Proven expertise in senior growth roles within the crypto industry in new markets - has experience running user growth marketing campaigns - Very familiar with latest web3 trends, participates actively in web3 - Creative and project leadership capabilities to lead new growth initiatives - Excellent communication skills and the capability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
