Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall strategy for Web3 products and ensure that the products are aligned with the latest trends and market demands of blockchain technology. Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and marketing teams, to ensure smooth product development. Research and analyze the market competitive environment, propose new product functions and improvement suggestions to improve the product's user experience and market competitiveness. Ensure that products comply with regulatory standards and work with legal teams to manage potential risks. Track product metrics and key performance indicators and develop strategies to optimize product performance. Eligibility: Rich experience in product management in blockchain technology and Web3. Excellent communication and team work skills, able to work closely with multiple stakeholders. Learn more about blockchain technology principles and ecosystem. Familiar with agile development methods, able to quickly adapt to fast-paced working environment. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, information technology or related is preferred.
