Senior Product Manager - Infrastructure Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our infrastructure, focusing on custody/wallet systems, fiat on/off ramp services, and operational platforms that support finance, settlement, compliance, and onboarding. This role is essential to ensure operational efficiency across the company while driving the growth of both retail and institutional businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services infrastructure, with hands-on experience in digital assets, fintech, and compliance-driven environments. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling the infrastructure needed to support both retail and institutional clients, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with regulatory standards. The role will also focus on enhancing operational efficiency and improving the customer experience, all while ensuring the platform is scalable and secure for future growth. Key Responsibilities: • Infrastructure Strategy & Roadmap: ￮ Develop and execute the product roadmap for core infrastructure, covering custody/wallet solutions, fiat on/off ramp systems, and operational platforms for finance, settlement, and compliance. ￮ Ensure alignment of infrastructure strategy with overall business goals, enabling the growth of both retail and institutional business segments. ￮ Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the vision and strategy for building scalable, efficient, and secure infrastructure that supports client operations and regulatory compliance. • Custody/Wallet Management: ￮ Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and user-friendly custody and wallet infrastructure for digital assets. ￮ Ensure the wallet infrastructure integrates seamlessly with trading and settlement systems, maintaining the highest security and compliance standards. • Fiat On/Off Ramp Integration
