Payroll Manager (part-time)-Dubai

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid Payroll Manager role located in Riyadh with flexibility for some remote work. As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for local payroll processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Other duties include managing employee benefits, preparing reports, and ensuring payroll policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, GRO, familiar with Saudi labor law. Experience with ADP or other payroll software, and a solid understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance. Excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll and other sensitive information. Proficient in MS Excel and experience with payroll-related reporting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Fluent in English is a must. Relevant payroll certification(s) a plus (e.g., CPP).
