Marketing Manager

Company Profile: Retail and eCommerce Business for Healthy Foods and Supplements in Vancouver, BC Job Responsibilities: Create and manage the marketing strategy and budget. Establish a marketing plan, including industry sector analysis and creating a customized go-to-market strategy for each sector, and updates to the senior management. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and conduct market analysis to enable successful strategies. Analytics reporting across all platforms to extract key insights for future marketing campaigns. Manage and lead day-to-day marketing efforts with maintenance of internal staff and key external stakeholder relationships. Curate, manage and coordinate content across social media efforts to ensure consistency across all channels including project video, photography, and insights. Establish media documentation protocols for all projects to ensure consistent creative messages across all different formats and platforms. Develop and manage educational and webinar programs for the clients and the public. Job Requirements: At least 5 years of related marketing experience with eCommerce components and familiarity in a related industry. Experience developing and executing marketing communication strategies and brand development plans. Proven ability to build new relationships and foster existing relationships within and outside of your organization at a senior level. A degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent an asset. Strong fluency in English and deep understanding of the North American market. Job Compensation: $80,000 and up. Comprehensive benefits after 3 months.
