Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for establishing and improving related-party transaction systems, ensuring the legality, standardization, and transparency of related-party transactions, and complying with relevant regulations and internal control requirements.
2. Research and develop related-party transaction policies, build and maintain related-party transaction platforms, ensuring efficient, accurate, and secure related-party transaction processes.
3. Monitor and analyze related-party transaction data, timely identify and resolve potential risks and issues, provide relevant advice and opinions, and ensure the financial stability and security of the company.
4. Responsible for financial planning and management of fund utilization, ensuring rational use and effective monitoring of company funds, providing relevant reports and analysis, and optimizing fund operation efficiency.
5. Participate in financial budgeting and financial analysis work, provide relevant data and opinions, support company decision-making and strategic planning.
6. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain good cooperative relationships with relevant departments and partners, ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of financial work.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields.
2. Familiar with international related-party transaction systems and relevant regulations, preference will be given to candidates with related experience.
3. Possess good financial analysis and risk management skills, able to independently analyze and solve financial problems.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties.
5. Strong team management skills, able to lead a team to achieve financial work objectives.
6. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems, able to cope with challenges in a complex work environment.
