Responsibilities: - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to drive and execute new futures listing. Develop and implement a comprehensive futures listing process, continuously optimizing the process to ensure the frequency and speed of listing. - Manage futures listing campaigns and promotion planning, initiate event proposals, oversee execution, and conduct comprehensive analyses of event outcomes. - Collaborate with project teams and spot trading teams to enhance external traffic conversion for key trading pairs. - Regularly track and analyze data from ongoing futures listings, optimizing operational strategies and ensuring effective implementation. - Optimize futures products by coordinating with product and technical teams, managing progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of product features. - Analyze competitor operations, propose solutions, and implement necessary actions.
