Job Overview: We are seeking a Finance BP Manager to join our team, responsible for financial and operational analysis. This role is responsible for strategy planning and budgeting for our core business, controlling expenses, and generating financial reports. You will work closely with the business team and assist in decision-making for the company's executives. Responsibilities and Functions: - Budget Management: Participate in setting budgets for revenue, costs, and expenses, ensuring they are reasonable and feasible. - Expense Control: Monitor expense spending, identify and resolve budget discrepancies, and suggest optimizations. - Financial Data Analysis: Prepare financial reports including budget performance, expense analysis, and trend forecasts to support management decisions. - Internal Control: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and participate in financial audits. - Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with business teams and other departments to coordinate resources and ensure smooth financial processes and project progress. Qualifications: - Finance Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related fields. - Experience: At least 5 years of financial management experience, preferably with R&D expense management or in the tech industry. - Financial and Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in financial analysis tools with strong data processing and interpretation skills. - Communication Skills: Effective communication abilities with all levels of staff and management. - Tech-Driven: Strong interest in emerging technologies and digital assets, with a preference for experience in blockchain finance. - Autonomy: Independent problem-solving ability, high responsibility, and stress tolerance.
