Social Media Manager- Remote, Asia Time Zone Preferred

Litentry is searching for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our global team! In this remote role,you'll be a champion for our online communities across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, focusing on users in Asia (time zone preference). You'll craft engaging content, manage community events, and cultivate a thriving space for our Web3 enthusiasts. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation: - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Twitter, Discord, and Telegram. - Create high-quality content (text, visuals, videos) with the support from our design team that resonates with our target audience within the Web3 space. - Craft engaging tweets and announcements to keep our Twitter community informed and excited. - Manage content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting across platforms. Community Management: - Actively participate in conversations, answer questions, and address concerns within our Discord and Telegram communities. - Moderate community calls and events, maintaining a positive and productive environment. - Develop and implement strategies to foster a strong sense of community and encourage user engagement. Community Growth: - Analyze social media data and identify opportunities to expand our reach and follower base in Asia and globally. - Run targeted campaigns and contests to attract new members to our communities. - Collaborate with other departments to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives. Stay Current with Web3: - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments within the Web3 landscape. - Integrate relevant Web3 news and discussions into our social media content strategy. - Monitor competitor activity and identify best practices in Web3 community management. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the Web3 space. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of social media language and trends. - Native English speaker with a clear and engaging writing style. - Passionate about Web3 technology and its potential to revolutionize online interaction. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Experience with social media management tools is a plus. - Experience moderating online communities like Discord and Telegram is a plus.
