岗位职责 What you will do · 向业务线负责人直线汇报 · 全面统筹业务线人力资源及行政工作，确保团队运作顺畅 · 结合团队发展需求，制定招聘规划 · 和业务负责人紧密合作，持续关注团队人员配置，建设人才梯队 · 保证组织信息通畅，提高团队凝聚力，推动项目良性发展 · Directly report to team leader · Supervise and coordinate business line to ensure daily operations smoothly · Set up recruitment plan under the requirements of team development · Work closely with team leader, continually pay attention to team allocation and talent echelon construction · Make sure organizational information opened, enhance team spirit, and drive project development 岗位技能描述 Your skills and experience · 全日制本科及以上学历 · 3年以上互联网或咨询公司类似角色工作经验，有海外/外籍人才招募经验 · 科技型创业公司或0-1团队搭建经历，有区块链行业相关经验加分 · 熟悉人力资源和行政各项工作管理 · 优秀的中英文沟通和表达能力，逻辑思维及判断力 · 热衷于科技领域比如区块链，熟悉web3招聘者优先 · Full-time bachelor degree or above · More than 3 years of work experience in a similar role with Internet technology or consulting company background, experience in overseas/foreign talent recruitment · Experience with technology-based startups or 0-1 team building, working experience in the blockchain industry will be a plus · Familiar with human resources and admin relate work management · Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, logical thinking and judgment · Enthusiasm in technology industries like blockchain; Familiarity with web3 recruitment will be a plus
