岗位职责 • 负责后端系统架构设计与开发，优化系统性能，提高稳定性和扩展性； • 参与Web3相关业务系统开发，整合区块链数据、智能合约交互； • 负责数据存储与查询优化，运用 ClickHouse 处理大规模数据； • 设计高并发 API，支持链上数据分析、爬虫及自动化交易等场景； • 协作前端、后端、运维等团队，推动产品高效迭代。 What you will do • Design and develop backend system architecture, optimize system performance, and enhance stability and scalability; • Participate in Web3-related business system development, integrate blockchain data and smart contract interactions; • Optimize data storage and query performance, leverage ClickHouse for large-scale data processing; • Design high-concurrency APIs to support on-chain data analysis, crawlers, and automated trading scenarios; • Collaborate with frontend, backend, and operations teams to drive efficient product iteration. 岗位技能要求 • 精通 Python，熟悉 Django / Flask / FastAPI 等框架； • 熟悉 ClickHouse、MySQL、Redis 等数据库，具备查询优化经验； • 了解 Web3 技术，熟悉 EVM、智能合约（Solidity）、链上数据分析； • 熟悉消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）及高并发架构； • 熟练使用 Docker / Kubernetes 进行服务部署； • 具备 AI/NLP、爬虫、大规模数据处理经验者优先； • 参与过 Web3 相关项目或有链上数据分析经验者优先； • 工作地点在上海，且接受web3的付薪方式。 Your skills and experience • Proficient in Python with expertise in Django/Flask/FastAPI frameworks; • Experienced with ClickHouse, MySQL, Redis, and query optimization techniques; • Knowledgeable in Web3 technologies including EVM, smart contracts (Solidity), and on-chain data analysis; • Familiar with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and high-concurrency architectures; • Skilled in Docker/Kubernetes for containerized service deployment; • Experience in AI/NLP, web scraping, or large-scale data processing is preferred; • Hands-on Web3 project exposure or on-chain data analytics experience is preferred • Work location is Shanghai, and web3 payment is acceptable.
