岗位职责： 1.承担领导交付的任务，负责带领工程小组针对需求进行设计及开发； 2.研究及追踪技术演进，并带领小组进行技术尝试； 3.参与管理各项技术框架及设计。任职要求： 1.5年以上工作经验，本科及以上学历，计算机/软件相关专业优先； 2.工作积极主动、耐心细心，能承受一定的工作压力，有很好的学习能力及强烈的责任心和团队合作的精神； 3. 熟悉主流后端开发框架，如Spring系列框架，熟悉Hibernate、MyBatis等技术； 4. 有微服务、分布式系统架构设计及开发经验为佳； 5. 态度良好，不排斥提携后进者熟悉Java或Go等面向对象语言； 6. 熟悉设计模式、范型、数据结构及主要排序算法,具有热诚，能主动参与技术项目； 7. 熟悉Tomcat、Nginx等常用Web server部署与优化，熟悉主流NoSQL数据库应用，熟悉分布式缓存、数据持久化技术。
