Manager – Human Resources (Global Payroll)

-Act as the key contact person to provide overseas HR professional services to our clients -Monitor and handle the HR operation and deliver HR strategies for Hong Kong and APAC offices to our company and our clients -Be responsible for a wide range of C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration and leave management etc. -Handle work visa application, renewal and termination -Assist in preparing HR workflow SOP and HR proposal -Support ad-hoc duties as required Job Requirements: -University graduate in HR Management or related disciplines -5 years or above oversea HR solid experience -Previous experience in multinational corporations with regional exposure -Experienced in deal with global and PRC customers network is preferred -Experienced in handling work visa is preferred -Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in HK -People-oriented, flexible, detail-minded with strong communication skills -Independent, energetic, initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment -Proficient in communication of English and Chinese, including conversational Mandarin -Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system
