Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a Brand Manager with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English to effectively engage with local stakeholders and partners. This role involves planning and executing events, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our presence in the crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote our company's brand and reputation, build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and promote our platform.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, including companies and organizations in crypto space.
- Extensive experience in planning, organizing, and executing high-impact events, including conferences, workshops, and networking sessions, tailored to the cryptocurrency community.
- Monitor and analyse marketing activities and events to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in marcom to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience with some 3-5 years in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in Fintech, Payments or Financial Services is required, ideally in centralized exchanges.
- Deep understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, to effectively develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Strong network within the cryptocurrency community and a deep understanding of the industry.
- Ability to embrace new platforms and communication channels to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
