Job Description
Work Style: Remote, Part-time
Location:France
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process employee onboarding; prepare employment contracts according to official models in all contractual types; register the employment contracts in government website;
Calculate salary including monthly payments, extra pay, delays and variables; administer payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and legal requirements;
Prepare the payroll files, payslips, and all related payroll documents;
Handle the process of social security application and process the monthly contribution;
Prepare the payroll bank files and submit via Bank payroll system on time;
Labor consultancy in matters of personnel administration and labour relations;
Handle the whole process of medical insurance including filling the application form and the whole set of required documents;
Other assignments from company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Good at France and English speaking; Chinese speaking is value-added;
Experience in payroll or HR SSC;
Familiar with payroll, legal compliance in France; Knowledge of HR C&B practices;
Finance acknowledge is priority;
Good communication skills;
High level of attention to detail and sensitive about digital;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Experience with HRIS and payroll system;
Ability to work under high pressure
