Job Description
Staking 产品经理
工作职责：
1. 负责 Staking 产品线的产品规划、设计、竞品研究和产品运营
2. 与技术团队紧密配合，确保项目按时交付、达成预期目标，在整个开发过程中监督质量和进度。
3. 分析市场需求和竞争对手的产品情况，制定相应的产品策略，提升产品的市场竞争力。
4. 制定并执行产品营销计划，包括市场推广、用户培养、品牌建设等，提高产品知名度和用户黏性。
5. 与社区、交易所、钱包等合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系，扩大产品的影响力和用户覆盖面。
任职要求：
1. 对加密货币行业有深入了解，热爱Crypto，有Staking或者DeFi的实际产品经验。
2. 具备技术背景，能够和技术团队紧密配合，理解技术方案和开发进程。
3. 数字敏感，能够对数据进行分析和挖掘，提取有效的信息和洞察。
4. 好奇心足，责任感强，英文沟通熟练，能够在国际化的环境下工作。
5. 积极参与Crypto社区活动，有社区管理或运营经验者优先考虑，社区达人加分。
6. 相关工作经验者优先考虑，或有各大交易所的Staking团队和排名靠前的钱包相关工作经验者优先考虑。
