Job Description:
1.Work with the Senior Management team and Payments Director to develop and execute business development strategies and projects
2.Research and identify new business opportunities, focusing on Crypto On- and Off-Ramp and crypto-acceptance solutions, to grow market share, increase revenue channels and capture new client segments, while being fully aware of new products and competition status
3.Carry out business negotiations for partnerships, including building partnership proposals and internal workflow
4.Become a product expert and brand ambassador and confidently represent Alchemy Pay at conferences and local events
5.Carry out market research for best practices in the world of payments, giving market insights and providing support to the Payments team
6.Proactively monitor KPIs, competitor landscape, and partner and community feedback to iterate overall product, marketing and business strategies
7.Have an existing and continue to build a strong network of relationships within the Payments, Blockchain and Crypto industries to identify opportunities
8.Work closely with the Operations team to facilitate client onboarding and after sales support
