Job Description
职位职责：
负责钱包及风控业务的安全策略，包括安全架构、安全策略、标准、程序和指南等；
设计和实施保护数字资产和区块链服务的控制措施，并确保其符合行业标准和法规要求；
监测和分析安全事件和威胁，提供应对措施，并向管理层和合作伙伴汇报安全事件；
定期审查和更新公司的安全计划和程序，并进行风险评估和漏洞扫描；
与技术、法律和合规等团队紧密合作，确保公司的安全和合规性得到保证；
职位要求：
本科或以上学历，计算机、信息安全或相关专业优先；
7年以上信息安全相关工作经验；
具有较强的技术背景，熟悉网络和系统安全、应用程序安全、加密技术和区块链安全等领域；
熟悉金融、互联网、区块链等行业的安全标准和法规要求，了解PCI DSS、ISO 27001等标准；
具备卓越的领导力和管理能力，能够有效地组织和管理安全团队；
具有出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同层级和部门的人员合作；
具备较高的责任心和工作热情，能够承担压力和迎接挑战；
有在金融、互联网或区块链领域工作的经验者优先考虑；
具备CISSP、CISM、CISA、CEH等相关安全认证者优先考虑。
