Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Consultant/Consultant to join our dynamic team based in Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Shenzhen. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our global recruitment and employment initiatives, serving our diverse client base. Responsibilities: 1.Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of global industry trends and talent market conditions. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify talent pools, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence. 2.Talent Acquisition: Develop effective search strategies and leverage various sourcing channels to attract and engage candidates worldwide. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to align candidates with client requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. 3.Employment and Payroll Outsourcing: Contribute to business development activities in global employment and payroll outsourcing services. Collaborate with globally dispersed service teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery worldwide. 4.Additional Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a comprehensive candidate database, ensuring accuracy and currency of records. Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous. Proven 1-3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or In-house Recruiter, with emphasis on global talent acquisition. HR operations or Compensation & Benefits exposure is a plus. Strong understanding of different industries and the ability to match candidates with specific job requirements. Familiarity with varied recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms across different regions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective candidate and client interactions. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment. Culturally sensitive and adaptable to collaborate with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds. Quick learner, possessing strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier recruitment services.
