Country Manager - Brazil

Responsibilities: • Create and execute strategic plans for the company's growth in Brazil • Manage human resources functions to ensure efficient operations • Oversee daily company operations and enforce policies • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities • Manage budgets and financial planning for the Brazilian operations • Represent the company at local and regional industry events Requirements: • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields • 8+ years of management experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and HR practices • Understanding of the Brazilian market and culture • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Chinese or Spanish is a plus • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with MS Office and HRIS systems
