Job Description

岗位职责： 1、负责产品的测试工作，包括自动化、性能、代码质量等维度；定期复盘Bug清单，总结提炼质量提升方法论； 2、针对后台性能、接口、单元和异常测试自动化；开发和完善自动化测试工具；针对测试行为中的难点和盲区提出新的测试方案，引入或开发新的测试方法和测试工具；任职要求： 1、4年以上工作经验，本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备丰富的软件工程和软件测试理论知识；具备如：性能，接口，UI自动化测试经验或测试工具开发经验； 2、有全局观，对质量体系、流程、测试风险把握、测试范畴的定义有很好的理解和应用； 3、熟悉K8s、docker集群下的测试及监控部署，熟悉Linux，有一定Shell脚本编程能力； 4、熟悉Http/Https、TCP、Websocket等协议，熟悉Kafka、Redis、MongoDB以及关系型数据库的操作及使用。 5、熟练使用Python及相关工具进行性能测试、调优； 6、具备优秀的问题分析能力、学习能力及沟通协调能力，乐于主动反馈和积极思考。
