Senior Legal Manager

Job responsibilities: 1. Establish and improve the company's legal risk management and control system and compliance management system, prepare and revise laws and compliance management system, various legal documents and contracts; 2. Responsible for litigation, arbitration and legal handling of major disputes; 3. Participate in the legal analysis, evaluation and review of investment and financing projects or major economic activities of enterprises and affiliated companies, formulate legal risk solutions and give legal support; 4. Responsible for the legal control of the signing, performance, modification, termination and rescission of various contracts, as well as the drafting and review of relevant agreements, contracts, articles of association and other legal documents, participating in negotiations and issuing legal opinions; 5. Apply for overseas payment license together with the compliance department; Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, law related major, lawyer license; 2. More than 5 years working experience in large Internet & financial industry, including more than 1 year working experience in WEB3 industry; 3. Have practical experience in financing, investment and employment risk management; 4. English can be used as a working language; 5. Familiar with crypto assets and Web3 industry regulatory policies of major countries in the world, familiar with payment compliance requirements of major countries in the world is preferred.
