Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process salary, allowances and other payroll related calculation and
administer payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensure compliance
with payroll policies, procedures, and legal requirements;
• Prepare the payroll files and payslips; prepare the payroll bank files and
submit via bank payroll system on time;
• Respond to employees’ compensation insurance, medical insurance,
and employer salaries tax filing’s related inquiries from internal and
resolve and respond any issues or discrepancies from customer
immediately; handle the process of social security application and
process the monthly contribution;
• Handle working visa related work;
• Handle finance related work under headquarter indication;
• Handle the whole process of medical insurance including filling the
application form and the whole set of required documents;
• Attend regular internal meeting;
• Participate in payroll-related projects and process improvements to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
• Other assignments from company.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Experience in payroll or HR SSC;
• Understanding of payroll, and legal compliance; knowledge of HR C&B
practices;
• Finance acknowledge is priority;
• Good communication skills;
• English speaking; ability to speak Chinese is preferred;
• High level of attention to detail and sensitive about digital;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience with HRIS and payroll system;
• Ability to work under pressure
