Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal, administrative, and corporate secretarial support to the legal team. Draft and review commercial agreements and related materials, ensuring they meet the needs of the Group's day-to-day operations .Facilitate the execution of associated documentation by the appropriate parties. Conduct extensive legal research and maintain a meticulous record of internal legal matters. Work closely with a variety of internal business functions and consult withprofessional advisers as necessary. Who are we looking for: •Holds a law degree and has at least one year of professional experience in a reputable law firm or an in-house legal department. Exceptional fresh graduates may also be considered, based on their outstanding academic performance. •Demonstrates excellent communication skills. •Prior experience with corporate secretarial duties and SFC regulated activities is preferred. •Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. •Embodies a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to work independently.
