Senior Wallet Asset Manager

Job Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Establish an integrated wallet management system and operational standards. 2. Handle all customer wallet operations, including managing customer cached wallets, including fund recalls, approving deposits and withdrawals (crypto and fiat), reconciling transactions, and investigating anomalies. 3. Handle hot-to-hot or cold-to-hot transfers as needed and adjust thresholds for cold-to-hot conversions. 4. Centrally manage aggregated wallets. 5. Physically manage the treasury. 6. Coordinate wallet system maintenance with the technical team. 7. Manage the wallet system, including reevaluating the cold-to-hot process and threshold, and performing cold-to-hot and hot-to-hot operations. 8. Manage fiat wallets, including monitoring and reevaluating bank fund pool thresholds and performing interbank fund pool transfers. Job Qualifications: 1. Requires knowledge and experience in the relevant field, with familiarity in building digital asset wallet management systems and operational standards. 2. Ability to handle customer wallet operations, including managing cached wallets, approving deposits and withdrawals, transaction reconciliation, and anomaly investigation. 3. Strong coordination skills to collaborate with the technical team for wallet system maintenance. 4. Proficiency in physical management with previous treasury management experience to ensure the security and monitoring of funds. 5. Analytical and evaluative skills to assess cold-to-hot processes and practices, and propose improvements. 6. Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance requirements, especially those related to virtual assets and the financial sector. 7. Strong teamwork and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with different team members. 8. Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective internal team and technical personnel communication and collaboration.
