Indonesia HR manager

Responsibilities: • Manage human resources delivery functions to ensure efficient operations for our clients in the Indonesia. • Oversee the implementation and management of financial processes, including accounting, bookkeeping, and tax reporting. • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities in the Indonesia. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies and best practices. • Facilitate the company's engagement in providing comprehensive human resources, accounting, and tax services. Requirements: • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, HR practices, and financial regulations in the Indonesia. • Strong understanding of the Indonesia market and business culture. • Proven experience in company establishment and setup in the Indonesia, including knowledge of relevant policies and procedures. • Background in finance, accounting, or payroll services, with expertise in tax regulations. • Fluent in English and Chinese; additional language skills are a plus. • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. • Professional certifications in finance, accounting, or payroll services are desirable. • Candidates with experience in accounting and tax will be given preference
