Job Description

岗位职责： 1. 参与金融大数据平台的总体架构设计及相关项目的研发，保障系统的可靠性及拓展性； 2. 能够深入理解业务，将技术与业务场景结合，解决实际业务问题； 3. 进行技术规划、选型、攻关工作，解决系统中出现的疑难问题； 4. 指导其他工程师参与和完成数仓建设任务；任职要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，8年以上数据领域工作经验，有金融行业经验者加分，熟悉Clickhouse、DorisDB、ETL等加分； 2. 精通数仓建模理论和OLAP数据立方体，有实践经验，参与过大型数仓重构者优先； 3. 熟悉数据中台构建的全过程者优先； 4. 熟悉Hadoop或MaxCompute，有Dataphin/Dataworks数据开发经验者优先； 5. 熟悉Flink开发经验者优先； 6. 理解数据治理，对数据规范标准制定、元数据管理、数据质量管理、数据安全管理等有实践或深入理解； 7. 熟悉数仓维护和优化措施，有SLA管理和作业优化经验者优先； 8. 具备良好的学习能力和分析解决问题能力，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作意识、沟通能力、协调能力，能够承担工作压力。
