(Senior) Security and Risk Control Product Manager

About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in blockchain risk control, anti-money laundering (AML), and security protection to build a secure and compliant Web3 product ecosystem. You will conduct in-depth analysis of on-chain transaction risks, design risk management strategies, and collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to develop highly secure Web3 wallets and DApp interaction products, ensuring the safety of user assets. What You’ll Be Doing Risk Control & Security Product Planning Design risk control, AML, and security protection frameworks for Web3 products, and formulate risk management strategies. Research on-chain fraud patterns (e.g., phishing attacks, authorization hijacking, money laundering transactions) to optimize risk identification and interception mechanisms. Design and implement transaction security features, such as risk transaction alerts, malicious address blocking, and token contract security detection. Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Monitor global blockchain compliance policies to ensure Web3 products meet regulatory requirements. Optimize AML risk control rules to improve suspicious transaction identification and interception capabilities, reducing compliance risks. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to establish user AML processes and refine risk control review mechanisms. Security Product Design Research security risks such as smart contract vulnerabilities, wallet security, and private key management, and propose security solutions. Design security features to prevent phishing and authorization abuse, enhancing asset protection for users. Work with the security team to optimize on-chain transaction monitoring systems and improve abnormal transaction detection rates. Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization Analyze on-chain transaction data to identify potential risk patterns and continuously refine risk control models. Monitor industry security incidents (e.g., hacking attacks, fraud techniques) and rapidly iterate risk control strategies. What We Look For In You 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in blockchain/Web3, and familiarity with DeFi, smart contracts, and wallet security. Strong understanding of blockchain risk control, AML, and security mechanisms, with knowledge of common fraud methods (e.g., MEV attacks, phishing scams, money laundering). Solid data analysis skills, capable of identifying risks through on-chain data (e.g., transaction graphs, address behavior). Familiarity with mainstream risk control technologies (e.g., rule engines, machine learning models), with prior product design experience preferred. Strong stress tolerance and ability to handle sustained high-intensity workloads. Excellent cross-team collaboration skills to work effectively with security, engineering, and compliance teams. Nice to Haves Prior experience in risk control or security products at exchanges, wallet providers, or security firms is a plus. Knowledge of blockchain and exchange compliance policies is preferred. Understanding of smart contract auditing, zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP), and other security technologies is a plus.
