Job Description
注：
1、该岗位隶属某上市券商公司自研团队（非外包职位）；
2、工作地点：入职前半年base北京、之后常驻香港（公司支持工作签证办理）;
工作职责：
1、管理自研和外采软件和服务，优化券商IT架构；
2、券商自研系统的需求管理、系统设计和研发；
3、搭建研发团队，持续培养研发人才；
任职要求：
1、计算机或数学相关专业, 本科及以上学历, 985、211学校优先；
2、优秀的团队合作能力，有自驱力，能主动推进项目迭代；
3、至少5年Java服务器研发经验，有不少于2年的券商后台服务研发经验；
4、计算机基础扎实，有代码洁癖，对网络、多线程并发编程等有深刻理解；
5、熟悉常用的开源框架，Spring, MyBatis等等；
6、熟悉Mysql，有调优经验者加分；
7、熟悉系统运维、系统监控、网络安全者加分；
8、有PHP研发经验加分；
9、流利的英语或粤语加分。
