职责描述: 必备条件:需要有Web3行业从业经验,英语可作为工作语言。 1、负责实施公司所在国家和地区的市场发展战略,协助CEO制定市场营销工作的目标及发展战略方案,参与公司的重大事件决策、负责公司的市场营销战略和实施、 2、根据公司运营战略,制定公司所在国家和地区品牌发展策略与市场推广策略,制定全面的品牌宣传与推广计划,提升公司品牌整体形象与知名度; 3、准确把握公司的品牌定位,公司产品设计风格,根据市场需求和变化、区域特性和市场信息进行品牌策划; 4、提出市场推广、品牌、公关、线上线下活动等方面的具体方向和实施方案,并全面负责公司营销各项目标和计划的落实执行; 5、进行市场调研与分析,研究同行、业界发展状况,定期进行市场预测及情报分析,为公司决策提供依据; 6、组建并管理所在国家和地区的运营部团队,并对团队成员和相关部门进行市场培训和指导。 7、根据公司的产品线,制定市场推广策略,实施产品推广; 8、制定并达成各产品线的年度、季度、月度计划; 9、支持公司所在国家和地区的线上线下活动,代表公司出席重要会议和活动; 10、完成领导交办的其它事项。 任职要求: 1、具备Web3行业海外地区从业经验,5年以上市场运营经验,其中1年以上管理经验; 2、在Web3行业具备优质的海外KOL资源和影响力; 3、敏锐的市场分析及判断能力,良好的沟通和谈判能力,以及较强的组织策划能力; 4、工作有激情,能够经常出差。 Location: Singapore (online office) Responsibilities: Prerequisites: Experience in the Web3 industry is required, and English can be used as a working language. 1. Responsible for the implementation of the market development strategy of the country and region where the company is located, assist the CEO to formulate marketing goals and development strategy plans, participate in the company's major event decision-making, be responsible for the company's marketing strategy and implementation, 2. According to the company's operation strategy, formulate the brand development strategy and marketing strategy of the country and region where the company is located, formulate a comprehensive brand publicity and promotion plan, and enhance the company's overall brand image and popularity; 3. Accurately grasp the company's brand positioning, the company's product design style, and carry out brand planning according to market demand and changes, regional characteristics and market information; 4. Propose specific directions and implementation plans for marketing, branding, public relations, online and offline activities, etc., and be fully responsible for the implementation of the company's marketing goals and plans; 5. Carry out market research and analysis, study the development status of peers and the industry, conduct regular market forecasts and intelligence analysis, and provide a basis for company decision-making; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders. Job requirement 1. Possess working experience in overseas regions of the Web3 industry, more than 5 years of market operation experience, including more than 1 year of management experience; 2. Possess high-quality overseas KOL resources and influence in the Web3 industry; 3. Keen market analysis and judgment ability, good communication and negotiation ability, and strong organizational planning ability; 4. Passionate about work, able to travel frequently. 5. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to communicate without barriers.
