Operations Manager/Supervisor

i) Responsible for the minting and burning process for Market Makers (ii) Monitor relevant risks of customers with collateral, including the operation and improvements of the early warning system (iii) Escalate issues in a timely manner and liaise with related internal stakeholders to propose resolution strategy (iv) Drive initiatives proactively to improve existing workflows, team efficiency and customer experience (v) Monitor, manage and support operational and risk management workflows related to card payment business
