Job Description

Job Title: Business Development – Web3 Department: Business Development (Web3 Coverage) Job Overview: To meet the increasing demands of existing as well as prospective clients, the Sales Manager is needed to enhance our group’s overall sales capability and to support the client-facing efforts across our group’s broad target client segments (including Web3 venture,token funds, crypto whale, hedge fund and individual PI). Success can be measured by client experience satisfaction, sales lead conversions, revenue generation, and revenue stream expansion. Job Responsibilities and Duties: ·Identify new business opportunities with target clients, including Web3 venture,token funds, crypto whale, hedge fund and individual PI ·Build client & investor communities via online & offline sales channels, seminars, and events ·Liaise with internal marketing and communications stakeholders on marketing initiatives as a leverage for sales campaigns and content distribution ·Prepare for and attend periodic account reviews with clients ·Proactive in delivering high quality account management services to existing clients ·Work closely with business units to cross-sell, leverage and maximize collaboration opportunities as well as to build partnerships with related function units to enhance efficiency and execution ·Participate in the product development process, including initiating product ideas, launching and promoting products Job Qualifications: ·Degree holder or above ·Institutional sales experience in investment management firms, financial institutions, digital asset firm, etc. is a plus ·Passion for and good understanding of digital assets ·Able to work independently and under high time pressure to deliver good quality work ·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills ·Excellent command in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English ·High intellectual curiosity, energy, creativity and integrity ·The following experience is preferred: top exchange institutional sales, WEB3 lending, cu
