工作内容： 1. 设计和实现高可用性、可扩展性的后端服务，确保高性能和低延迟。 2. 开发和维护 Node.js 程序，同时能够基于 Node.js 的 web 框架来进行前端程序的交互。 3. 参与需求分析和技术方案设计，确保方案的合理性和可行性。 4. 解决线上问题，进行代码优化和重构，提高系统的可靠性和可维护性。任职要求： 1. 有 3 年以上 Node.js 后端开发经验，有一定的后端架构设计能力，对整个 Web 技术栈有深入的理解。 2. 熟悉常见的 Web 开发框架和它们的优缺点，包括但不限于 Express、Koa 等。 3. 熟悉常见的数据库技术和常用 SQL 语句，具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力。 4. 熟悉常见的开发工具和框架，包括 Git、Webpack、Babel 等。 5. 熟悉 RESTful API 设计规范，有相关接口设计经验。 6. 熟悉前端技术栈，包括但不限于 JavaScript、HTML、CSS，了解 Vue 或 React 优先。 7. 具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，在高效协作的同时保持良好的自我管理能力。 8. 有海外工作经验、英语听说读写能力较强者优先。
