Product Designer

About the role We are looking for a Product Designer who thinks strategically and creatively about the holistic vision for an intuitive product experience that solves real customer pain points. This role works closely with the Tokenlon team on the DEX project. As a Product Designer, you will elevate the design quality by managing complex projects, coordinating with various cross-functional teams, and aligning the design proposals with business objectives. What you'll be doing - Responsible for the end-to-end design process of the DEX trading experience across both our web and mobile applications - Define both interaction and visual design, creating design artifacts as needed (journeys, wireframes, final visual designs…) - Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing iterations, and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and make data-driven improvements - Conduct research and analyze industry UI trends, competitor services, and strategies, then conceptualize and iterate creative solutions to introduce innovative ideas to the market - Manage expectations of stakeholders and set a clear vision and get buy-ins while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders What we look for in you - 3-5+ years of experience in UX Design - Bachelor's degree in Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience - Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process - Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders - Excellent collaboration skills with User Experience, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal - Knowledge of major mobile platforms, fluent in responsive design, native mobile/tablet UI UX design for both iOS and Android - Ability to work remotely in a consistent and productive manner What are nice to have - Experience in creating finance, payment, blockchain related products/services - Experience in planning and conducting user research and usability studies
