Responsibilities: - Monitor liquidity levels across multiple trading pairs and markets on the exchange platform. - Analyze market trends, trading volumes, and order flow to identify patterns and make informed decisions related to liquidity management. - Collaborate with external market-making clients to enhance liquidity provision, minimize spreads, and attract traders. - Monitor trade execution quality, including fill rates, slippage, and order routing efficiency, and make necessary adjustments to optimize execution. - Identify and assess potential risks associated with liquidity, market volatility, and trading activities. Implement risk mitigation strategies and work closely with the risk management team. - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices pertaining to liquidity operations. Job Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a liquidity operations director or senior manager. - Understanding of fintech and digital financial products. - Ability to deliver under pressure, with excellent analytical skills. Ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them. - An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on creative problem solving. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability for effective task prioritization and ability for skillful organization and management of all processes part of the Company’s activity. - Strong communication skills, integrity, initiative, perseverance,strong ability to follow up, follow through and meet deadlines. - Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
