1、独立负责跨境付款产品线的产品规划和落地实现，将各地区付款能力产品化，解决商户痛点，满足商户付款场景需求； 2、负责跟进产品的整个生命周期，向前对应客户和商务的业务诉求评估，向内推进技术团队实施，可有效推进跨部门团队的协作和事项落实； 3、可基于业务数据、商家反馈、调研结果等手段，出具产品改进方案，不断提高产品的关键转化指标和可用性； 4、定期分析目标国家市场的用户特点、追踪行业动向，以此驱动产品的创新迭代、提升产品的商业竞争力。任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品从业经验，熟悉各种业务场景和商户诉求，有海外应用从业经验优先； 2、有好奇心，能独立调研海外市场产品动态，对行业动向有敏锐的洞察力； 3、学习能力强，有很强的逻辑、数据分析能力，善于利用数据分析表达及推导出合理的优化改进方案； 4、拥有良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能主动积极的去解决问题，抗压能力好； 5、良好的英语口语及读写能力； 6、对Web3行业有一定了解优先。
